Returns
At RANZØ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- In its original condition with all original tags attached
- Returned in its original packaging where possible
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return request has been approved, we'll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this may delay the processing of your return.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless your item is faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong product, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If we made a mistake with your order or the item arrived damaged or defective, we will cover any reasonable return shipping costs.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at ranzo.studios@outlook.com and include your order number along with clear photos of the issue. We'll work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items (where permitted by applicable law)
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or item, simply return your original purchase for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order through our website.
European Union Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.
This legal right exists in addition to our voluntary 30-day return policy.
Returned items must still be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Where required by applicable law, we will also refund the original standard shipping costs paid for your order. Any additional costs resulting from selecting a premium shipping option are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after your return has been inspected.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
